Building and Grounds Division

The Buildings and Grounds Division is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overall upkeep of all Fire District facilities, including the fire stations and administrative complex. The division also maintains air conditioning systems, fuel tanks and sites, and landscaping across all properties. Additionally, it assists in preparing the budget for capital improvements for every Fire District facility.

Operations

Supervisor Joey Casson oversees the daily operations of the division and reports directly to Division Chief Wayne Boyer. Under Joey’s leadership, the Buildings and Grounds staff manages the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of all 19 fire stations, the Fleet Maintenance Shop, and the Administration Complex.
