Administrative Division Chiefs work a Monday through Friday schedule and are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their assigned divisions. They provide leadership in the development, implementation, and management of Fire District programs, projects, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Administrative Division Chiefs also oversee organizational safety initiatives, certification and accreditation programs, professional development efforts, strategic planning initiatives, and special recognition programs. Through collaboration with District leadership and operational personnel, they support continuous improvement and help ensure the efficient delivery of services to the community.

OPERATIONS DIVISION CHIEFS
Operations Division Chiefs are members of the Fire District's command staff and are responsible for overseeing emergency operations throughout St. Lucie County during their assigned shift. They provide leadership and supervision to Battalion Chiefs, oversee the Communications Division and field training activities, and coordinate resources during significant incidents.
Assigned to Fire Station 18, Operations Division Chiefs respond to complex and escalating emergencies throughout the District and help ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of fire rescue and emergency medical services.
