Information Technology 

The Information Technology Division provides the technology infrastructure and support services that enable the St. Lucie County Fire District to operate efficiently and effectively. The Division is responsible for maintaining secure and reliable data, voice, and mobile communications systems that support emergency response, administrative operations, and daily business functions throughout the District.

Responsibilities include technical support, system administration, cybersecurity, network management, software and hardware deployment, and the maintenance of critical public safety systems. The Division supports email, telephone systems, radio communications, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL), mobile data systems, Emergency Operations Center (EOC) connectivity, and other technologies essential to emergency service delivery.

Through proactive technology management, innovation, and system reliability, the Information Technology Division helps ensure Fire District personnel have the tools and information necessary to provide immediate, skillful, and professional service to the community.
