Public Relations/ Public Education Requests

We appreciate your interest in having the St. Lucie County Fire District participate in your event or program! To help us accommodate as many community requests as possible, please review the information below before submitting your request.

Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance, but no more than 90 days in advance. Please complete the form below and select the ONE option that best fits your request. All requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

To help us provide opportunities throughout the community, recurring requests, including monthly HOA or organization meetings, may not be accommodated on an ongoing basis.

Please limit requests to no more than 3 hours. Emergency response remains our priority, and crews may arrive late, leave early, or be unable to attend due to an emergency call.

Photos are welcome during our visits! However, Fire District personnel and apparatus may not participate in advertisements, promotional videos, sponsored/influencer content, or other commercial promotions without prior District approval. Any planned filming or promotional use must be included in your request.

We are unable to accept requests for birthday parties and neighborhood parades.
